It is with great respect and admiration I must inform you of the passing of Ian Abramovitch. He left this world earlier today after suffering a heart attack on Friday. Ian was a regular fixture at the faire. He was a member in good standing with the Clan MacColin. He was also the percussionist for the celtic group Highland Sun. I was lucky enough to perform with Ian on a few ocassions and will miss him dearly.

Final arrangements have not yet been made. It is expected there will be a very quick burial in accordance with remaining family wishes. Below are some links where you can find out more about Ian:
